Yes. Models like the H9 and J08 feature powerful dual motors and suspension, making them perfect for hills and light off-road trails.

All scooters marked IPX5 can be used in light rain or wet conditions, but:

heavy rain, flooded roads, or washing directly with water.

after rain to protect the battery and wiring.

Your scooter will be fully charged when the LED indicator on the
charger changes to green from red.
With charging protection, it will cut off charging automatically
after fully charge.
Even so, we still don't recommend charging your scooter for a long
time more than 24 hours at one time.
Do not connect the charger if the charging port is wet.
Keep the charging port closed when not charging.

- Check the battery level and charging connection
- Reboot the scooter
- Inspect for loose cables near throttle or brake
- If it shows an error code on the screen, refer to the troubleshooting section or contact us
