Warranty Coverage

1. Main Components:

Frame assembly, hub motor, controller assembly, handlebar, front body

Instrument panel, rear wheel yoke, brake box, disc brake assembly, folding handlebar stand, front fork

Front fork tube rotating parts, control bus, brake lines

Warranty Period: 1 year (starting from the date of purchase)

2. Attachments:

Battery, charger, brake handle, finger knob

Warranty Period: 6 months

3. Wearable Appearance Parts:

Collision strip, headlight assembly, instrument cover, handlebar cover, outer tire, inner tire, bell assembly

Fender, rear taillight, decorative cover, foot brace assembly, battery hatch cover, foot pad, charging port seat, rubber plug

Warranty Period: 1 month

Note: Hex wrenches and extended air nozzles are considered serious consumables and do not come with a warranty period.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following situations (including but not limited to):

1. Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, or use of non-original product parts.

2. Expired Warranty: Damage occurring after the warranty period has expired.

3. Force Majeure: Damage caused by external forces such as natural disasters.

4. Water Damage: Damage caused by water intake or submersion.

5. Violent Damage: Damage caused by violent or excessive force.

6. Personal Damage: Damage caused by personal reasons (including but not limited to marks or damage from vehicle injection, punctures, impact, or normal wear and tear on exterior parts).

Friendly Reminder:

1. Packaging Box: As packaging boxes are required for safe transportation, it is recommended that you retain the packaging box for at least 15 days from the day after signing for delivery.
2. Wearable Parts Warranty: For wearable parts or accessories, please refer to the individual warranty period for each item.
3. Usage Guidelines: Please follow the user manual to ensure correct usage of your electric scooter. Improper use may result in damage that is not covered under warranty.
