We are committed to providing high-quality, safe electric scooters. Below you will find detailed warranty coverage and after-sales guidance to protect your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

1. Main Components – 1 Year

  • Frame assembly, hub motor, controller assembly, handlebar, front body
  • Instrument panel, rear wheel yoke, brake box, disc brake assembly, folding handlebar stand, front fork
  • Front fork tube rotating parts, control bus, brake lines

2. Attachments – 6 Months

  • Battery, charger, brake handle, finger knob

3. Wearable Appearance Parts – 1 Month

  • Collision strip, headlight assembly, instrument cover, handlebar cover, outer tire, inner tire, bell assembly
  • Fender, rear taillight, decorative cover, foot brace assembly, battery hatch cover, foot pad, charging port seat, rubber plug

Note: Hex wrenches and extended air nozzles are consumables and not covered by warranty.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:

  • Repairs or modifications by unauthorized personnel, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, or non-original parts.
  • Damage after the warranty period has expired.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
  • Water damage from submersion or excessive exposure.
  • Damage from violent or excessive force.
  • Damage caused by personal misuse, including punctures, injection marks, or normal wear and tear.
