J11 MAX Error Codes & Troubleshooting

Motor Error

Check the motor hall cable connection. If the connection is normal but the issue remains, replace the motor.

Brake Lever Error

If the error appears upon first use, check if the brake lever returns properly. If it does or the scooter has been used for a while, the brake lever is likely faulty — replace it.

Throttle / Accelerator Error

If the error shows up on startup, check whether the throttle returns to position. If it happens after some time of use, the accelerator is likely faulty — replace the display.

Controller Error

Replace the controller directly.

Dashboard / Display Error

Replace the dashboard/display directly.

Low Voltage Protection

Battery power is too low — please recharge the scooter.

J30 MAX Error Codes & Troubleshooting

E-001 – (Motor Hall Sensor Error)

Check the rear motor hall sensor cable connection. If all connections are fine but the error persists, replace the rear motor.

E-002 – (Brake Lever Error)

If the error appears when the scooter is first powered on, check if the brake lever returns properly. If it does or the scooter has been used for a while, the brake lever is likely faulty — replace it.

E-006 – (Low Voltage Protection)

Battery power is too low — please recharge the scooter.

E-008 –(Throttle / Accelerator Error)

If the error appears upon first use, check whether the throttle returns properly. If it occurs after some time of use, the accelerator is likely faulty — replace the throttle.

E-009 – (Controller Error)

Replace the controller

E-010 – (Dashboard Communication Receive Error)

Replace both the dashboard and the controller together.

J01 Error Codes & Troubleshooting

Below are some common questions about our products

E-001 – Motor Error

Check if the motor cable is connected properly or if the hall sensor wire is misconnected. If all connections are correct but the problem persists, replace the motor.

E-002 – Throttle / Accelerator Error

Check whether the throttle returns to its original position. If the error remains after resetting, replace the accelerator.

E-003 – Controller Error

Replace the controller.

E-004 – Brake Lever Error

Check if the brake lever returns properly. If the issue remains after resetting, replace the brake lever.

E-005 – Low Voltage Protection

The battery is depleted — please recharge the scooter.

E-006 – Communication Error (Dashboard Cannot Receive Controller Signal)

Replace the dashboard. If the error code still appears, replace the controller as well.

(It’s recommended to ship the dashboard and controller together.)

E-007 – Communication Error (Controller Cannot Receive Dashboard Signal)

Replace the dashboard. If the error code still appears, replace the controller as well.(It’s recommended to ship the dashboard and controller together.)

J15 MAX Error Codes & Troubleshooting

10E – Dashboard Transmission Error

The controller cannot receive the dashboard signal. Check whether the controller’s yellow wire is properly connected. If the connection is correct, replace the dashboard.

8E – Controller Error

Replace the controller.

7E – Accelerator Error

Check whether the accelerator returns properly. If the error remains after resetting, replace the accelerator.

6E – Motor Error

Check if the motor cable is properly connected or if the hall sensor wire is misconnected. If all connections are fine but the issue persists, replace the motor.

15E – Dashboard Receiving Error

The dashboard cannot receive the controller signal. Check the controller connection cable. If everything is connected correctly, replace the controller.

3E – Motor Error

Check if the motor cable is properly connected or if the hall sensor wire is misconnected. If all connections are fine but the issue persists, replace the motor.

5E – Brake Lever Error

After powering on, check whether the brake lever returns properly. If it does but the error remains, replace the brake lever.

4E – Low Voltage Protection

The battery power is too low — please recharge the scooter.

J03 Error Codes and Troubleshooting

E10 – Dashboard communication failure

Check the connection between the dashboard and the controller main cable. Make sure the waterproof connector pins are properly inserted and not misaligned. If the connection is fine, replace the dashboard.

E14 – Throttle fault

If the error appears when the scooter is first received, check whether the throttle returns to its original position. If it happens after some time of use, the throttle is likely faulty and needs to be replaced.

E15 – Brake lever fault

If the error appears when the scooter is first received, check whether the brake lever returns to its original position. If it happens after some time of use, the brake lever is likely faulty and needs to be replaced.

E16 – Motor fault

Check whether the motor Hall sensor cable is properly connected. If all connections are correct, replace the motor.

E50 – Controller bus overvoltage

The main circuit voltage is too high, indicating a controller malfunction. Replace the controller.

E53 – Controller voltage overload

The voltage exceeds the system load capacity, indicating a controller malfunction. Replace the controller.

H8 Error Codes and Troubleshooting

E-010 – Dashboard transmission fault

The controller cannot receive the dashboard signal. Check whether the yellow wire from the controller is properly connected. Replace the dashboard if necessary.

E-007 – Throttle fault

Check whether the throttle returns to its original position. If the error code remains after resetting, replace the throttle.

E-015 – Dashboard reception fault

The dashboard cannot receive the controller signal. Check whether the controller connection wires are correct. Replace the controller if necessary.

E-004 – Undervoltage protection

The battery is fully discharged and needs to be recharged.

E-003 – Rear motor fault

Check whether the rear motor cables or Hall sensor wires are connected correctly. If all connections are fine, replace the rear motor.

E-006 – Rear motor Hall sensor fault

Check whether the rear motor cables or Hall sensor wires are connected correctly. If all connections are fine, replace the rear motor.

E-013 – Front motor fault

Check whether the front motor cables or Hall sensor wires are connected correctly. If all connections are fine, replace the front motor.

E-016 – Front motor Hall sensor fault

Check whether the front motor cables or Hall sensor wires are connected correctly. If all connections are fine, replace the front motor.

E-008 – Rear controller fault

Replace the front controller.

E-018 – Front controller fault

Replace the rear controller.
